Dr. Tara Anderson is Board Certified in Family Medicine with a focus on Internal Medicine. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, she draws from Integrative, Functional, Lifestyle, Preventive, and Regenerative medicine to build personalized care plans that target root causes — not just symptoms.
Her conventional medicine background includes specialties in GI disease, diabetes, heart disease, weight management, women's health, and migraines. Over the past 15 years, she completed her Doctoral work in the reversal of hypertension and diabetes through an Integrative, Lifestyle Medicine approach.
Care plans are built from a comprehensive review of your medical history, genetics, labs, and current health status — always grounded in the latest evidence-based literature. Originally based in Southern California, Dr. Anderson's practice now serves patients in Washington and Utah.
