Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Monarch Healthcare Solutions, we value your time and are committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all of our clients. To ensure availability for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations may be made by phone, email, or through our scheduling system (if applicable).
Day-of-Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

If a cancellation occurs on the same day as the scheduled appointment, the client may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) may be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.

If a client arrives excessively late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the $50 fee may apply.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at the discretion of Monarch Healthcare Solution in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
