Office Manager

Lisa is a native of the Wenatchee Valley. She has multiple degrees from Wenatchee Valley College and
Central Washington University. She trained at The Virginia Mason Institute and is a Certified Workshop
and Team Leader helping organizations to improve healthcare solutions, patient experience, quality,
and safety. Lisa has been working in healthcare in the valley for more than 35 years and has a
diverse background and passion for helping healthcare teams create the ultimate patient
experience. Lisa has worked with Tara for several years first developing the migraine clinic at
Confluence Health and now Monarch Heathcare Solutions. Lisa and her husband have 4 children, 8
grandchildren and a plethora of dogs, cats and chickens.
