Active members get priority to same day service availability. However, every accommodation will be made to get all patients in for the same day if it is available.
We ARE NOT responsible for ANY fees incurred and/or billed to you or your insurance from Confluence Health. We are not credentialed with insurance and have no agreements and / or authority with how and what fees may be accrued between Confluence Health and your insurance company.
We ARE NOT affiliated with Confluence Health, we are not responsible for any fees associated with their bills. The Patient understands that fees paid under this Agreement do not include specialist's fees or fees due to any medical professional other than the Practice staff.
